DAMAGE - If you receive your artwork and it is damaged or flawed, in order for us to replace it - you will need to provide immediate photographic evidence of the damage via photos sent to us on email.  This must be done within 2 days of you having received the artwork. We will then discuss with you how to return the damaged artwork so that you can receive a replacement, not a refund.

RETURNING ARTWORK -  the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the purchase price of the art, but you will be liable for the return shipping. You will be responsible for insuring the artwork and if there is any damage, you will be responsible for paying for the repair or replacement of the artwork if the work is not insured to cover its full value.

The Lay-by option comes up when you get to the check out.  You select it and it takes you to a new page as shown below in our sample.

We use a third-party Lay-by system which goes through PayPal. The maximum time to complete paying off your items is 2 months, although you can pay it off in 1 month.  The minimum deposit is 30% of your total order including shipping.
The program will lay out a payment schedule for you with dates of due payments.  If you have any issues please contact us for further information.
