I've spent more than 40 years making my living as a professional artist, building a career, exhibiting and selling my paintings. I now take on a small number of artists for private mentoring.

Artist Mentoring — Complete Foundation

I've been using MBTI in my own artistic practice and professional life for 35 years. Of all the personal development tools I've worked with, it has helped me understand my strengths and challenges like no other.

I believe understanding how you naturally prefer to work, make decisions and use your energy gives us a much stronger foundation for building your artistic career.

Here's how we'll work together:

After your application is accepted, I'll personally guide you through preparing for the official MBTI assessment, which you'll complete online before we meet. 

Our first face to face consultation — 60 minutes

We begin with you, your art, your ambitions and what you want to achieve. We'll explore your MBTI results together and how your natural preferences relate to your creative life and professional direction.

Our second consultation — 90 minutes

Building on what we've discovered, we'll look more deeply at your artistic direction, working practices, business goals and practical next steps which are customised for you, not some generic idea.

The two conversations are connected. The MBTI isn't a separate exercise — it informs how we approach your mentoring throughout.

Your programme also includes advance review of your artwork and questionnaire, and a written summary of our findings and agreed priorities.

A private 90-minute Zoom consultation without the MBTI assessment. Includes advance review of your artwork and questionnaire and a written summary of your priorities and next steps.
